Meet the Team
McLean Wilson serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the inFactor group of companies, which he co-founded through the acquisition of Charleston Capital. Mr. Wilson is the Chairman of inFactor’s investment committee and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Wilson remains a general partner at Charleston Capital, an alternative asset manager focused on structured credit solutions to Fin Tech enabled lenders.
Prior to launching the Charleston Capital, Mr. Wilson was a principal at SouthStar Capital, an asset based lender primarily focused on factoring, where he assisted in the origination, structuring, closing and funding of over $500 million worth of factored assets. While at SouthStar, he gained experience with structuring collateralized and uncollateralized transactions, purchase and sale agreements, and recourse and non-recourse financing. At SouthStar, Mr. Wilson also structured and funded numerous equipment lease and purchase order financing transactions. Prior to this, Mr. Wilson was an investment advisor with ING Financial Partners and Money Concepts Capital Corporation with a focus on financial planning, portfolio management and investment planning. Prior to be being an investment advisor, Mr. Wilson was a Civil Engineer with Thomas & Hutton Engineering.
Mr. Wilson is a graduate of Clemson University where he earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. Additionally, Mr. Wilson is a registered investment advisor representative.
Chief Operating Officer
Mrs. Bruch started her career in financial services in 2007 at State Street Corporation. While at State Street, Mrs. Bruch worked as a Fund Accounting specialist until 2010 where she transferred to client services at Cambridge Associates, LLC, an investment advisory firm in Boston, MA. As an Advisory Services Associate, she worked with foundations, private family offices and nonprofit organizations to assist with their investments in hedge funds, PE firms and mutual funds. Having always loved Charleston, SC where her family had grown up vacationing; she moved to the low country in 2011 and became the Assistant Operations Manager at SouthStar Capital, an asset-based lender primarily focused on factoring. While at Southstar, Mrs. Bruch assisted with the onboarding of clients all the way through to funding the clients daily. She was responsible for client reporting, client onboarding, financial reporting and client management. Mrs. Bruch relocated to Denver with her family in Spring 2016 and served as the Assistant Operations Manager while working remotely.
Mrs. Bruch moved back to Charleston after joining inFactor as the Senior Vice President and Operations Manager. Due to her success in helping manage efficient processes and client relationships, she continues with inFactor as the Chief Operating Officer. Mrs. Bruch brings more than 10 years of financial services experience to inFactor and will be an asset to the entire company.
Senior Account Manager
Ms. Brown is a Senior Account Manager at inFactor. As a Senior Account Manager, her primary responsibility is to ensure timely and successful support to clients’ cash flow and asset-based solutions needs. As the first point of contact for clients, Ms. Brown monitors and executes client transactions which includes daily funding, challenging client requests, collection efforts and account reporting and reconciliations. With an emphasis on maintaining positive working relationships, Ms. Brown’s operational planning and funding expertise will help inFactor’s clients reach new levels of success. Previously, Ms. Brown held a similar position with a local asset-based lending firm since 2014. As a native of the SC Lowcountry, Ms. Brown enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Senior Business Development officer
Mr. Daniel serves inFactor as a Senior Business Development Officer at inFactor Capital and brings with him a passion to help see businesses in the Lowcountry grow and succeed. Mr. Daniel spent over 5 years in banking prior to joining inFactor and has seen firsthand the day-to-day financial struggles that small businesses face. His experiences in banking and as a previous small business manager only increased his drive to serve businesses at inFactor.
Mr. Daniel moved to Mt. Pleasant in 2013 as the opportunity to be closer to family and the allure of the Lowcountry was too much to deny. His commitment to helping people led him into management of a senior Physical Therapy center in Mt. Pleasant. The chances he had to network with the local community and build relationships through providing a necessary service was Ryan’s strength and desire. He looks forward to continuing to leverage the friendships he has made to help the local area businesses through originating new factoring transactions with inFactor.
Ryan Daniel was born and raised in Cochran, GA. He is a graduate of Brenau University in Gainesville, GA, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting.
